Using the same proven ‘Supercharged’ formula of 100g carbohydrate, 25g protein and almost zero fat, TORQ’s Explore desserts are optimised for super-fast nutrient absorption and are your delicious sweet treat at the end of an arduous day.

Simply add 250-300ml boiling water directly into the pouch and stir it well to achieve a smooth, firm consistency.
