This ration pack provides the participant with a breakfast, main & desert plus the option to add a flapjack to keep up energy levels on their way! This pack will include: 1 x Breakfast 1 x Dinner 1 x Dessert (1 x Torq Explore flapjack is optional) Freeze Dried Main Meal Light weight Long shelf life Meal Serving Instructions: To eat directly from the pouch, remove the oxygen absorber, heat the required amount of hot water, pour it into the pouch to the specified line, seal the pouch using the ziplock at the top, stir and wait around 10 minutes (Each pouch displays the full instructions).
